Following a significant acquisition and the successful advancement of its financing activities, the company is preparing for a Hong Kong IPO, with an expected filing in early 2027. Job Description Lead all investor relations activities and serve as the primary interface between the company and the investment community. Develop and articulate a compelling equity story aligned with the company's growth strategy and value proposition. Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, board members, sponsors, and external advisors on IPO preparation and execution. Coordinate key workstreams related to the Hong Kong listing process, including investor messaging, roadshows, analyst engagements, and due diligence activities. Manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, investment banks, and other capital market participants. Support fundraising initiatives and strategic financing activities prior to IPO. Prepare investor presentations, shareholder communications, management briefing materials, and other capital markets content. Monitor market trends, peer developments, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to senior management. Build a investor relations framework to support the company through listing and beyond. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. Proven Investor Relations experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or broader healthcare sector. Strong understanding of Hong Kong capital markets and public market investor communications. Experience engaging with buy-side institutions, sell-side analysts, and capital market stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives and external advisors. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Prior participation in a full IPO cycle, particularly a Hong Kong listing, will be considered a strong advantage.
