Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
  • Prepare investor relations materials, including presentations and financial reports.
  • Coordinate and manage quarterly earnings calls and investor meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements for US-listed companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and strategy for the investor community.
  • Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in managing corporate announcements and media relations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in investor relations or financial communications, preferably within the Technology & Telecoms sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and US regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and present insights clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
