The role will focus on onboarding new payroll banking partners, payment testing, system integration validation, and post-go-live stabilization.*The role starts from a 3-month contract with high potential to extend. Job Description Support the implementation of new payroll banking arrangements across multiple countries and currencies. Coordinate with banking partners, IT teams, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. Define and execute payment testing scenarios, including normal, exception, rejection, return, and contingency cases. Validate payment data, system interfaces, banking requirements, and control processes. Support UAT, issue tracking, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Monitor post-go-live performance and support operational stabilization. Prepare implementation documentation, testing reports, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, Payment Operations, Treasury, or Banking Implementation. Experience supporting bank onboarding, payment system implementation, or banking connectivity projects. Strong knowledge of cross-border payment flows, banking platforms, and payment controls. Hands-on experience in payment testing, UAT, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization. Comfortable working with both business and technical teams to resolve implementation issues. Exposure to SWIFT, payment messaging, bank integrations, or financial systems projects is a strong plus.
