About Our Client Our client is a well-established multinational organisation with a sophisticated Shared Services Centre supporting regional and global operations. The business is seeking an experienced finance head to strengthen governance, improve service delivery, and support ongoing business growth and transformation initiatives. Job Description Lead the overall finance shared services function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and related finance processes. Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities. Drive operational excellence through standardisation, automation, continuous improvement, and service optimisation. Establish and monitor KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics to ensure service quality. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Partner with senior finance leaders and business stakeholders to provide high-quality finance support and solutions. Lead finance transformation initiatives, including system implementations, process redesign, and digitalisation projects. Manage audit activities and coordinate with internal and external auditors. Develop and mentor finance teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organisational growth initiatives where required. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent preferred. Extensive experience in finance operations, accounting, or shared services leadership roles. Proven track record managing large-scale SSC or GBS finance functions within multinational environments. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting controls, compliance, and risk management. Experience driving process improvement, automation, and finance transformation projects. Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and develop diverse teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience interacting with senior leadership. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Familiarity with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
