Job Description ✓ Develop and execute the Hub roadmap in alignment with the R&D Group's strategic priorities.✓ Serve as the senior representative of the Group's China R&D Hub, advancing regional innovation initiatives and acting as a key voice at industry conferences, customer forums and public-private partnership events.✓ Engage closely with portfolio companies within the corporate venture ecosystem to facilitate commercial pilots, joint innovation initiatives and market-entry activities across China's logistics sector.✓ Expand and strengthen the Group's resources across China's innovation ecosystem, including venture capital firms, corporate investors, accelerators, incubators, university research centres and senior industry executives.✓ Develop investment themes, market landscape assessments for specific technology domains and business opportunities alongside subject matter specialists.✓ Maintain continuous visibility of emerging technologies, market developments and innovation trends.✓ Define, scope and oversee Proofs of Concept (POCs) with external partners, tracking execution progress, delivery milestones, key metrics and expected outcomes.✓ Provide timely, data-centred updates and executive summaries to regional business stakeholders and global headquarters, ensuring clear visibility of pipeline development, investment activity and potential risk considerations.✓ Establish and maintain long-term relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring innovation initiatives remain aligned with the Group's commercial priorities and operational direction. The Successful Applicant 1.Excellent in English and Mandarin2.Must hold bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with emphasis in IT, finance/ business administration, or economics.3.Minimum 10+ years' role in Technology or Innovation at a large and complex organization with solid Project Management or Program experience and broad, network of co-investors and entrepreneurs4.Domain expertise and interest in supply chain (transport & logistics)5.Experience working with senior executives6.Experience building deal flow and relationships with entrepreneurs, senior executives, and industry experts7.International experience or ability to work across international culturesPersonal Attributes:*Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive execution in a complex and multicultural environment.*Excellent communication and coordination skills across business, technical, and executive layers.*Operational rigor in delivery tracking, processes, KPI management, and team oversight.*Comfortable with executive communication, including COMEX-level materials and governance routines.*Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral, to articulate goals and influence outcomes.*Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong and effective way of communicating with key stakeholders.*Able and willing to travel as required.
