Job Description

  • Lead global logistics operations and oversee overseas warehousing activities across multiple international locations.
  • Develop and optimize global transportation, warehouse, and inventory strategies to improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Establish and drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to improve demand and supply alignment.
  • Build strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
  • Create an end-to-end supply chain operating model by integrating logistics, planning, and order fulfilment activities.
  • Improve key supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory turns, customer service levels, and logistics costs.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on productivity, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage major supply chain risks, disruptions, and strategic projects across global operations.
  • Partner with digital transformation teams to implement supply chain technologies including TMS and control tower solutions.
  • Lead and develop a multi-functional supply chain team while establishing robust governance and performance management mechanisms.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Experience in chemicals, FMCG manufacturing industries will be preferred.
  • 10+ years of supply chain management experience with exposure to international or multi-regional operations.
  • Proven experience in global logistics, overseas warehousing, international transportation, and customs/compliance management.
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP, supply planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Experience managing teams of 15+ employees within a complex operational environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other supply chain technologies.
  • Fluent English communication skills with experience working in an international business environment.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth organization.
