Job Description Drive global demand planning and forecasting activities. Drive the monthly S&OP process across regions. Align demand, supply, inventory and capacity plans. Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance teams. Improve forecast accuracy and planning governance. Develop inventory optimization strategies. Identify supply risks and capacity constraints. Standardize planning processes across manufacturing sites. Establish KPI dashboards and performance reporting. Support ERP and supply chain digital transformation projects. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Operations or related fields. 10+ years of supply chain planning or operations experience. Proven expertise in S&OP and demand planning processes. Background in multinational manufacturing environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; D365 experience preferred. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach. Experience managing regional or global supply chain activities.
