Job Description

  • Define and execute the long-term brand strategy for the North America market, including brand positioning, value proposition, and competitive differentiation
  • Own annual brand and integrated marketing planning, including budget allocation and management of core brand KPIs such as awareness, perception, and market impact
  • Plan and deliver large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, including new product launches, brand upgrades, and annual communication initiatives
  • Coordinate across multiple channels such as paid media, social, KOL/influencers, PR, and content to deliver high-impact brand campaigns
  • Deeply analyse North America consumer behaviour, cultural trends, and competitive landscape to build a sustainable brand content ecosystem (social, video, website, etc.)
  • Establish and optimise brand and marketing effectiveness measurement frameworks using metrics such as brand lift, NPS, attribution analysis, and ROI
  • Continuously improve marketing efficiency through data insights and performance tracking
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-performing brand marketing team, driving capability growth and execution excellence
  • Act as a core business partner, working closely with product, operations, sales, and regional teams to ensure brand strategy aligns with commercial objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of brand or integrated marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on the North America market
  • Proven experience building or significantly scaling consumer brand awareness from early stage to growth phase in North America
  • Strong understanding of the North America media and marketing ecosystem, including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, KOL/influencers, PR, and offline channels
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale integrated campaigns and complex marketing budgets
  • Strong analytical capability with high data sensitivity and the ability to translate insights into action
  • Strategic thinker with strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
