The Global CI Director will be aiming for developing and executing enterprise-wide continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and business operations. This role will partner with regional and functional roles to deliver sustainable improvements in productivity, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The company is seeking an experienced continuous improvement professional to accelerate performance improvements and strengthen implementation across global sites.

Job Description

  • Establish and standardise Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence methodologies across business units.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, delivery performance, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build performance management systems, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track continuous improvement progress.
  • Mentor and develop internal continuous improvement teams, fostering a culture of accountability and problem-solving.
  • Benchmark industry practices and introduce relevant methodologies to enhance operational capability.
  • Present project outcomes, business cases, and improvement roadmaps to executive stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements across complex global organisations.
  • Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, Operational Excellence, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams in an international environment.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior executives and operational teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional language capabilities will be advantageous.
