Job Description Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking and business analysis. Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment evaluations. Lead financial consolidation and provide management reporting and business insights. Support acquisition and integration projects through financial analysis, scenario modelling and business case evaluation. Partner closely with commercial and operational teams to understand business performance drivers and identify risks and opportunities. Conduct in-depth revenue and cost analysis, identifying key business drivers behind performance fluctuations. Develop analysis to break down performance by customer, product, volume, price and SKU level. Perform ad hoc analysis to support rapidly changing business priorities and strategic initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines. Experience within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors is a plus. Strong understanding of full P&L and key business performance drivers. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work through complex and incomplete data sets.
