Job Description Lead the overall finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial management. Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, business performance reports, and financial insights for senior management. Manage cash flow, treasury activities, working capital, and financial risk controls. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost management processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and finance operating procedures. Coordinate external audits, tax filings, inventory controls, and fixed asset management. Partner with business and operational leaders to support commercial and operational decision-making. Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to enhance capability and performance. Drive ERP optimisation, finance transformation, and process improvement initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury, and internal controls. Experience supporting multi-entity or cross-regional operations is advantageous. Proven track record in ERP systems and finance process improvement projects. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Business-oriented mindset with the ability to influence decision-making. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
