The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.10+ years of experience within engineering or manufacturing environments.5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams in complex manufacturing operations.Strong background in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, production optimization, and operational excellence.Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.Fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
