Job Description

  • Lead sourcing strategies and supplier development for key robotics components and technologies.
  • Partner with R&D teams and suppliers to support product development from concept through mass production.
  • Drive supplier qualification, technical evaluation, cost optimization, and commercial negotiations.
  • Manage supplier performance across quality, delivery, cost, and service metrics.
  • Proactively identify supply chain risks and build resilient sourcing solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of sourcing or procurement experience within smart hardware, robotics, electronics, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of robotics components, manufacturing processes, and supplier ecosystems.
  • Proven track record in supplier development, cost analysis, and contract negotiations.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to work in a global environment.
