Job Description Supporting the timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Reviewing general ledger activities and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and corporate policies. Preparing and analysing financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis. Managing statutory reporting, audits, tax-related filings, and regulatory requirements. Strengthening internal control procedures and ensuring compliance across accounting processes. Supervising and developing accounting team members, providing coaching and technical guidance. Coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities where required. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities. Participating in finance transformation, process optimisation, and system enhancement projects. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decision-making. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent preferred. 6-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably within a multinational environment. Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls. Experience in team supervision and stakeholder management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Fluent English communication skills; additional language capabilities are advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
