With a significant global membership base, strong financial standing, and a commitment to sustainability, the organisation invests in projects that promote regional connectivity, technology enablement, and long-term development outcomes Job Description Manage and develop a cybersecurity engineering team, supporting capability growth and operational excellence.Drive the planning, implementation, optimisation, and integration of cybersecurity technologies across the enterprise.Develop and execute the cybersecurity technology roadmap in line with business priorities and risk objectives.Evaluate the effectiveness and maturity of cybersecurity capabilities and identify continuous improvement opportunities.Support the development and maintenance of cybersecurity standards, policies, and frameworks.Act as a senior technical expert across cybersecurity engineering, threat prevention, detection, incident response, and recovery.Partner with technology teams, business stakeholders, and external providers to deliver secure and resilient solutions. The Successful Applicant 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise cybersecurity engineering solutions.Strong hands-on experience with technologies such as SIEM, firewall platforms, vulnerability management, endpoint security, network security, threat intelligence, and email security.Proven people management experience within a cybersecurity environment.Demonstrated success delivering cybersecurity programmes, roadmaps, and complex technology initiatives.Strong understanding of recognised cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, ISO 27000 Series, and COBIT.Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC would be advantageous.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
