Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships across commodity-related industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and market participants. Understand client exposures and provide risk management recommendations tailored to their business needs. Structure, negotiate and execute OTC derivative transactions and customized hedging solutions. Deliver market insights and commercial intelligence to support informed risk management decisions. Drive revenue growth through proactive client coverage and strategic business development. Coordinate onboarding, documentation and internal approval processes. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and high-quality client service. Represent the firm externally through industry events, conferences and client meetings. The Successful Applicant Requirements 5+ years of experience in commodity derivatives sales, risk management solutions or related client-facing commodity markets roles. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Strong understanding of OTC derivatives, commodity markets and hedging strategies. Existing network within commodity-related sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities. Fluent Mandarin and English. Bachelor's degree or above. Willingness to travel as required.
