The Successful Applicant Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; professional qualification preferred. 8+ years of finance experience, ideally in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering within manufacturing. Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and modelling capabilities. Experience partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders. Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions in an international environment.
