Job Description

  • Define and execute a comprehensive global digital growth strategy, covering brand positioning, market entry, channel mix, and annual business planning
  • Take full ownership of all online sales channels, including major third‑party marketplaces and the company's DTC website, with responsibility for growth and profitability
  • Build an integrated global digital marketing engine across paid search, SEO, social media, content, influencer partnerships, and email marketing
  • Establish robust data tracking and analytics frameworks, monitoring KPIs such as traffic, conversion, CAC, LTV, ROI, and continuously optimize performance
  • Act as a core business partner to product, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure market demand is effectively supported by internal operations
  • Manage external agencies and strategic partners across marketing, media, and technology
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high‑performing digital team across e‑commerce operations, digital marketing, social media, and creative functions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce management within consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related sectors
  • At least 5 years in a senior management or director‑level role with ownership of strategy and results
  • Proven experience building and scaling international brands, with strong understanding of North American and European consumer behavior and digital ecosystems
  • Hands‑on expertise across major e‑commerce platforms and DTC growth, as well as Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising systems
  • Strong commercial acumen and data literacy, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business decisions and financial outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills in fast‑paced environments
  • Fluent working English; overseas study or work experience is a strong advantage
