Partner closely with the China GM and leadership team to drive business performance, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to sustainable growth. Full Finance Ownership. Lead all finance activities in China, including FP&A, accounting, controlling, tax, treasury, compliance, and governance, ensuring robust financial stewardship and operational effectiveness. Performance & Capability Enhancement. Strengthen business visibility, forecasting accuracy, and resource allocation through data-driven insights, streamlined processes, and effective performance management. Digital & Organizational Development. Support the continued evolution of finance and business processes through digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies, helping the organization scale efficiently and make faster, better-informed decisions. Team & Stakeholder Management. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while serving as a key liaison between China and regional/global stakeholders. The Successful Applicant 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within multinational organizations, ideally across industrial, healthcare, energy, technology, or innovation-driven sectors. Proven experience l*eading a full-scope finance function and partnering closely with senior business leaders to drive performance and growth. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment. Exposure to businesses covering multiple functions such as commercial, R&D, operations, supply chain, or solution-based organizations. Experience supporting digitalization, process optimization, data analytics, or technology-enabled business initiatives. International exposure with strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills; overseas education is a plus. Fluent in English and Mandarin; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred.
