What's on Offer

This role represents an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished medical executive to step into a pivotal position within the rapidly evolving field of stem cell and regenerative medicine. Reporting directly to the Chairman, the successful candidate will steer breakthrough clinical programs, oversee IND‑to‑FIH‑to‑global development activities, and shape the organization's scientific and strategic direction with meaningful autonomy and influence.

The environment is fast‑moving and deeply rooted in scientific excellence-supported by cutting‑edge stem cell technologies, exosome‑based platforms, and advanced multi‑omics discovery capabilities. It offers a rare opportunity to build and scale transformative therapies from an early stage, working closely with internationally recognized experts to drive programs addressing significant unmet needs across degenerative, vascular, and aging‑related diseases.

The position provides direct engagement with global regulatory bodies (FDA/EMA/NMPA), a highly competitive executive compensation package (RMB 3-5M plus equity), and substantial scope to shape organizational direction, culture, and long‑term innovation.
