Job Description

As CEO, you will be entrusted with full strategic and operational responsibility for the business, reporting directly to the Board. The role requires a commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on sales growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Commercial Strategy & Market Development

  • Define and execute the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
  • Expand the customer portfolio, with a focus on global and regional retail brands.
  • Strengthen the company's market positioning through differentiated product offerings and service excellence.



Sales Performance & Customer Engagement

  • Oversee all sales activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and profitability.



Operational & Financial Oversight

  • Ensure efficient operations across the company's manufacturing base, optimizing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring transparency and alignment with shareholder goals.



Team & Organizational Development

  • Build a high-performing commercial and operational team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution from sales to delivery.



Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Board, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and commercial negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in managing full P&L responsibilities within a mid-to-large scale organization.
  • Strong background in sales, business development, or commercial operations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, especially with international retail brands.
  • Experience working with or reporting to international boards or private equity investors.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach to business leadership.
