Job Description * Develop and execute retail expansion strategies aligned with business growth objectives* Identify, evaluate and secure new store opportunities across key cities and trade areas* Maintain and optimize location planning and site pipeline based on market performance and business priorities* Build and manage relationships with major landlords, developers and retail property stakeholders* Lead lease negotiations and support commercial decision-making to achieve sustainable business outcomes* Coordinate store openings, renewals, relocations and closures throughout the project lifecycle* Partner closely with retail, finance, construction and global stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery* Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and retail trend analysis to support expansion planning* Monitor retail performance and prepare regular reports on project progress and portfolio effectiveness The Successful Applicant * Priority will be given to candidates with beauty or premium lifestyle brand expansion experience* Familiarity with Ground Floor and B1 retail formats, tenant mix planning, and high-traffic mall locations is highly preferredA successful BD should have:* Bachelor's degree or above* 8+ years of retail expansion, business development or real estate experience* Proven background in luxury, premium beauty, fashion, lifestyle or other high-end retail sectors* Strong network within shopping malls, department stores and retail property channels* Solid understanding of China's major retail markets and commercial districts* Experience lead-ing lease negotiations and managing store development projects* Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management capabilities* Fluent communication skills in both English and Mandarin* Self-motivated, hands-on and comfortable working in a dynamic growth environment* Willingness to travel when required What's on Offer * Opportunity to shape the retail footprint of a globally recognized consumer brand* Exposure to strategic growth initiatives and senior stakeholder engagement* Collaborative international working environment* Competitive compensation package and long-term career development opportunitiesApply to move forward.
