Job Description Establish and maintain art project workflows, production schedules, and delivery milestones across multiple game projects. Coordinate closely with Art Directors, artists, game designers, producers, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities. Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution plans to ensure smooth project execution. Manage end-to-end art production processes, including planning, tracking, review cycles, and final asset delivery. Facilitate communication across global teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely information sharing. Organize project review meetings, production updates, and milestone assessments to support continuous improvement. Support resource planning and allocation, balancing team capacity across ongoing and upcoming projects. Track project KPIs and generate project reports for leadership teams and key stakeholders. Ensure project documentation, asset management processes, and production standards are consistently maintained. Drive process optimization initiatives to improve production efficiency, collaboration effectiveness, and overall delivery quality. The Successful Applicant 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Production Management, or related project management roles within the gaming, entertainment, or creative industries. Good understanding of art production pipelines, including concept art, 2D/3D art, animation, VFX, and asset development workflows. Proven experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional creative teams simultaneously. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ShotGrid, Trello, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Ability to balance creative flexibility with project delivery requirements and business objectives. Experience working with global teams and distributed production environments is highly preferred. Passion for gaming, digital entertainment, and creative content production.
