A company operating in the retail industry based in Shanghai.

Job Description

Reporting into the AR Manager, and working closely with the large team, you will be wholly responsible for their AR side:Monitor daily accounting for Retail and Boutique stores, including but not limited to sales recognition, day-end procedures, report analysis and preparation. Ensure accurate sales operations in retail stores.

Monitor closing reports, documents review etc.

Cooperate with AR month end closure by confirming opening items, including but not limited to customer deposit, cash in hand

Support in finance project planning and implementationAs the team is well-established and the business operates smoothly, this role is expected to give a challenging and yet fun feelings for the right candidate.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AR Accountant should have:

  • Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
