Job Description

  • Quality Leadership & Transformation
  • Drive quality excellence across the APAC region, covering supplier quality, plant quality, customer quality, and quality systems. Creat a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strategic Change Management
  • Spearhead quality transformation initiatives, aligning with global standards and adapting to regional market dynamics. Implement robust change management strategies to elevate quality performance and compliance.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Manage and mentor a regional quality team of 30+ professionals. Develop talent, optimize team structure, and improve efficiency through lean methodologies and digital tools.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Build strong partnerships with peer departments (Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.) and maintain effective communication with global headquarters. Ensure alignment of quality goals with business strategy.
  • NEV (New Energy Vehicle) Expertise
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of NEV industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Lead quality initiatives tailored to the fast-evolving NEV landscape.
  • Customer & Supplier Engagement
  • Act as the key quality interface with strategic customers and suppliers. Resolve escalations, drive root cause analysis, and ensure sustainable corrective actions.

The Successful Applicant

Comprehensive Quality Leadership

15 years' experience managing supplier, plant, customer quality, and quality systems across APAC.

Change Management Expertise

Proven ability to drive quality transformation and drive operational excellence.

NEV Industry Knowledge

Familiar with New Energy Vehicle standards and technologies.

Large Team Leadership

Successfully managed teams of 30+ across multiple sites and cultures.

Strong Stakeholder Communication

Effective collaboration with peer departments and global headquarters.

Certified & Globally Experienced

Holds relevant engineering degree and quality certifications; fluent in English with international exposure.
