Draft, review and negotiate commodity sale & purchase agreements and related trading documentation. Conduct KYC reviews and due diligence on counterparties and business partners. Support compliance programmes, policies and reporting requirements. Act as a key contact for QFI matters, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisers. Support corporate governance, shareholder-related matters and entity management activities. Support with data protection, information governance and external counsel management. 主要职责包括： 为大宗商品交易、公司治理及合规事务提供法律支持； 起草、审核及谈判贸易及商业合同； 负责KYC及第三方尽职调查工作； 支持合规政策落地及相关报告工作； 作为QFI项目对接窗口，协调内外部相关方； 支持公司治理、股东事务及实体管理； 参与数据保护及外部律所管理工作。 The Successful Applicant PRC qualified lawyer with 5+ years' post-qualification experience. Experience in commercial law, compliance, regulatory or trading-related legal matters. Knowledge of corporate governance, shareholder matters and QFI regulations is highly preferred. Experience in commodities, energy, trading, financial services or other regulated industries. Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
