Job Description Partner with regional Sales and business leaders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations that support growth and profitability. Monitor and analyze key commercial KPIs, including revenue, order intake, margins, backlog, pipeline performance, and forecast accuracy. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional stakeholders. Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to improve visibility into commercial performance and business trends. Evaluate pricing, margin performance, contract terms, and commercial risks, ensuring compliance with governance and approval processes. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Service, and Finance teams to enhance reporting quality, data integrity, and business performance management. Track performance improvement initiatives and ensure timely execution of agreed action plans. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, Sales Controlling, or related finance functions. Demonstrated business partnering experience with commercial stakeholders and senior management. Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations is preferred.
