Strong hands-on technical background in software development, enterprise applications, data platforms, or AI solutions. Proven experience in technology transformation, AI, or data-driven initiatives. Basic understanding of Finance processes such as FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or Financial Reporting. Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions effectively. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, with a strong growth mindset and continuous learning attitude.
