作为基金法务，支持基金的日常运营和募投管退中的法务工作。

作为资深法法务，带领年轻法务同事，支持业务线内全盘法务工作。

作为独任法务，支持基金的募投管退和运营层面的法律合规工作。

作为合规风控，负责支持基金的募投管退过程中的合规，及基金运营合规。

• You will join one legal and compliance team, and directly report to China legal and compliance head, and mainly cover compliance issue in China.
• You will cover main compliance issues in China, and has possibility to lead one small team based on your leadership experience.
