Reporting to China Operations Head, responsible for legal affairs in China region.

As China legal counsel, you will support APAC business with a focus on China operations.

• Support the group with Freedom-to-operate searches regarding products sourced in China and Asia (ROA and RSA), particularly supervision of external patent agents performing those searches
• Assist during prosecution of patent and design patent applications filed by the Group in China
• Identify products available in China infringing both our Chinese IP and our IP worldwide

• The role will cover legal and compliance issue in China, and directly report to oversea bosses.
