Our client is seeking for a senior indirect procurement role to support the Indirect Procurement team in managing marketing, IT, services related categories from vendor sourcing to vendor performance management.
The primary responsibilities of hotel procurement are to source and purchase high-quality non-food items required for hotel operations in a timely manner while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Additionally, it involves managing supplier relationships to maintain a steady supply chain and negotiate favourable terms to support the hotel's financial objectives.
This role focuses on procuring indirect goods and services that support logistics operations, such as transportation, warehousing, and equipment maintenance. It requires strong negotiation skills, supplier management expertise, and the ability to optimise costs while ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
This influence leadership role engages across the corporate FSQ org, China supply chain team and the retail shops operation team to set the foods safety and quality vision and strategy.Partnered leadership across the global FSQ organization is expected to ensure the staffing, development, and performance management of the FSQ team members with China unit.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with key customers in the gynecological consumables market
This role is expected to lead overall financial planning and analysis for the Asia BU. He/she is responsible for driving BU Strategic Plan, AOP, monthly rolling forecast, performance analysis and business partnering to support growth. This role is also a key person to drive finance related efficiency with a focus on IT/automation. Finally, it will support senior management on potential financial insights and data integration within the organization.
This role reports to FP&A director, responsible for budget&forecast Sales and OPEX controlling. Working closely with the management stakeholders on process improvement & business planning.
