Responsible for the business intelligence team in China to understand and analyze in full detail the lithium market dynamics and report in a concise and clear way all the data and information collected with the objective of completing the supply/demand outlook of the lithium market that pertains to decision making in the HQs.

As a Data Excellence Lead, you will drive data-led decision-making within the FMCG industry by digital transformation initiatives. This role is based in Shanghai-Pudong and focuses on fostering a culture of data excellence to support business growth.

You will bridge data science, marketing technology, and business strategy to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and omni-channel experiences. By unifying customer data, media analytics, and AI-driven insights, you'll orchestrate personalized journeys across digital and physical touchpoints (e.g., media, e-commerce, retail).

1. 负责集团相关数据产品的可视化系统设计，将数据资产化，发挥数据价值；
2. 协助各BI报表的出具，保证数据质量。
3. 规划及管理相关数据产品，主导梳理集团各业务域版块的核心指标设计

1、 构建并优化平台物流数据看板体系和数据分析体系，提升业务决策效率

2、深度分析看清业务问题、机会及破局点，协同横向优化

3、 联合数据团队,构建多维分析、离线建模可视化等分析工具

解海外业务逻辑（与国内不同市场的差距），能推动跨业务团队的需求和流程梳理，识别关键业务痛点并在互联网电商/跨境服务等场景中转化为系统化、平台化的数字化产品解决方案；

• 分析业务流程，识别改进领域，并制定策略以提高效率和效果。
• 与跨职能团队合作，了解业务需求并将它们转化为数据驱动的解决方案。
• 准备并向高层管理人员和其他利益相关者展示报告、可视化和发现。

2、针对商业场景，通过数据挖掘和量化分析，为战略、产品、运营提供深度洞见；

3、快速精准的发现业务问题，通过深入分析寻找改善机会，跟进重点项目专题挖掘支持支持业务提效；

• Full management of the national sales function, overseeing regional performance, customer satisfaction, commercial compliance, and cross-functional integration with marketing, product, and business intelligence.
