Reporting directly to the General Manager, the BU Head will be responsible for driving commercial growth and managing a multi-functional team of approximately 90 employees across sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, strategic accounts, and commercial operations.
This role will be responsible for identifying business priorities, managing team to plan and operate efficiently, coordinating with key business stakeholders including pricing, product, rtm, trade mkt, supply chain, finance and legal, and providing solutions to channel sales team and new business development team.
the General Manager China will be expected to continue driving this growth. The role of the General Manager China is embedded within the company's overall strategy and the development of the Chinese market. The company is represented across all regions of the People's Republic of China and has a strong local team both throughout the country and at its Chinese headquarters in the greater Shanghai area.
This role is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end brand communication strategies across multiple consumer touchpoints. You will oversee integrated marketing initiatives, social media operations, and digital asset management, while working closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders to enhance brand equity and engagement.
