The Digital Product Manager will lead the development and optimisation of digital solutions to enhance customer experience and drive business growth in the retail industry. Based in Shanghai - Jingan, this role requires strong expertise in managing digital products within the technology space.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Product Manager in the retail industry to lead data-driven initiatives and optimise product performance.
You will bridge data science, marketing technology, and business strategy to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and omni-channel experiences. By unifying customer data, media analytics, and AI-driven insights, you'll orchestrate personalized journeys across digital and physical touchpoints (e.g., media, e-commerce, retail).
This role transforms the global brand strategy into high-impact regional actions that generate real client acquisition, through a powerful combination of client events, networking activations, thought-lead*ership conferences, referral initiatives, and mid-to-bottom-funnel digital campaigns.
Assist brand end to end scope from NPD pipeline development to go-to-market launch in China, including data management, market insight, portfolio management and social seeding, digital campaign projects.
The Global Performance Marketing Lead will oversee marketing initiatives in the FMCG sector, focusing on performance and growth strategies. This role is based in Shanghai and involves creating impactful campaigns to achieve business objectives.
