- HRBP Head
1. Responsible for HR issues implementation.
2. Provide professional advice and support in the whole gamut of HR functions.
3. Assist senior China Senior HR Manager to support the recruitment, training, staff relationship, company policy following etc.
4. Coordinate with all Shenzhen department manager to fulfill the HR policy of the company.
5. Comply for all national or local labor laws and rules.
6. Liaise with local government for all labor issues.

TMTD - Talent management, manager assessment center follow up; talent mapping and succession plan;
Revenue and Budgeting - Commercial team budget control;
Global alignment - Global HR project launch and follow up;
