As a Marketing Communication Manager, you will lead and manage company's marketing and communication team. Being responsible for company branding, internal & external communications, marketing campaigns and digital marketing promotions.
Support communications and external affairs , sharing our stories and building relationships in China consistent with global strategy, values, and the operational needs of all business units in China.
Working in close collaboration with Sales, Field Application and Product Management Teams, The Scientific Marketing Manager contributes to revenue growth in the China market by engaging customers throughout the buyer's journey through development of creative and effective marketing strategies and campaigns, and by providing leadership, mentorship and training to a team of Scientific Marketing Specialists and Coordinators.
This role develop and implement strategies and plans in brand marketing to support the brand development and business growth, as well as lead the brand to go digital.
The role will be responsible for managing marketing team, lead generation and ecosystem building.
The job holder is responsible for the development of our client's operations in China. Key task areas will include but are not limited to market share improvement, financial performance, personnel development, physical asset management etc.This job is also open to expats who has solid working experience in China.
As GM, you will be expected to devise the business strategy for this new cold chain facility, with a key focus on how you will find and recruit customers to lease the warehouse. You will be accountable for contract negotiation, relationship management, providing technical advice and ultimately the entire P&L of the site.
Contribute to national business growth through the retail marketing and community strategy and execution
Contribute to headquarter communication projects and strategies from conceptualisation stage to effectively increase relevance of all brand initiatives in APAC.
