As GM, you will be expected to devise the business strategy for this new cold chain facility, with a key focus on how you will find and recruit customers to lease the warehouse. You will be accountable for contract negotiation, relationship management, providing technical advice and ultimately the entire P&L of the site.
My client is in the process of constructing a 40,000SQM Cold Chain facility in East Shanghai and as such, are looking to hire a Commercial GM who will be tasked with leasing out the Warehouse to customers.
