The major responsibilities include taking full charge of profit & loss responsibilities , Communicating Effectively with All Stakeholders, Setting and Executing Organizational Strategy; etc.
As the sales General Manager, you will directly be involved in business development and aftermarket service activities across the assigned region, to achieve sales goals, profit level as well as market share target. This will be done through utilizing a combined sales force of technical sales person as well as distribution partners. You will also be accountable for coordinating with different functional leaders and supporting units.
You will lead sales ops team and business analysis team to build up the infrastructure and playbook, and turn data into insights and action items and to push the business forward in a scalable way. This role will work intensively with the region leadership across functions (BD, CSM, marketing, product lines, etc.) and the global team
You will be the Solution Product Life Cycle management , which is product to result management , include the solution architecture, Project delivery , Partner and Channel alignment , and ultimately responsible for the result .
The job holder is responsible for the development of our client's operations in China. Key task areas will include but are not limited to market share improvement, financial performance, personnel development, physical asset management etc.This job is also open to expats who has solid working experience in China.
