The Business Development Director will play an essential role as we look to further establish and grow our business in China and across Asia Pacific. The individual's primary responsibility will be to build a sales pipeline through building meaningful client relationships and driving lead generation activities in their nominated market for our Marketing Solutions proposition.
Looking for a senior / VP level head of service for metals machinery business in China.
Contributes to the revenue and profitability targets for the segment by defining and executing in the region the (sub) segment strategy (including elements such as Go To Market models, Innovation, winning value proposition, product offer, specification and approvals, and related communication tactics) and activating local sales teams providing guidance with proper training and sales pipeline management review.
The GM will have the full p&l ownership and responsibility for brand measures such asmarketing planning & activation, social media platforms, new product introductioninitiatives, KOL and influencer strategy & recruitment, ecommerce platforms, externalcreative & content agencies, ecommerce and marketing investment & ROI. The list mayvary over time and is not intended to be exhaustive.
The role will be responsible for managing marketing team, lead generation and ecosystem building.
