Lead a 5 solid HR subordinates
This position will be accountable for total rewards programs designation and development, and China senior leadership's (level 5 and above) and local hired foreigners all levels pay competitiveness review. The total rewards programs include but may not limit to the allowance harmonization, operating procedures of annual cycle, off cycle, recognition plans, GBU's initiated C&B programs designation. Reporting to C&B director of China.
