Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations and the business growth in China.The key objective of this role is the GM will take on full P/L responsibility and be the guiding force behind commercial and operational performance. The role will be the bridge of Germany HQ and local market, assure and apply Group Values Guide.
Acting as General Manager of the Brand is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brand's operations, including strategic planning, financial management, product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.
As General Manager, this person will be responsible for building up 3-5 years brand and channel development strategy.
Responsible for the overall operations of our overseas subsidiary, including finance, human resources, sales, and marketing.

直接汇报给集团品牌总监,根据公司的市场发展战略及公司品牌定位,主要负责文案撰写:包括官网文案、官微、官博、线下宣传文案(如店面展示及媒体的位置、商务流程沟通和内容展示等)、对外公关稿件等;品牌推广活动:包括活动策划、组织及落地(有供应商);负责行业主流媒体对接及维护工作。
根据业务整体战略发展需要,制定中长期营销战略和产品品牌战略规划并组织实施,优化产品结构,提升市占率。制定各产品品牌及媒介策略,提高品牌知名度和美誉度。
