Our key client, a German Manufacturing company with around 20,000 employees aross the globe, is looking urgently for HR supervisor with hands payroll and C&B experience who are familiar with HR operation excellence and optimization and rich SAP knowledge.
− Plays a key role as expertise through developing and delivering proactive C&B programs and tools.
− Overall proactive collaborate with different stakeholders, such as HRBP, Learning, etc. to ensure all the programs, policies and processes are developed as customer oriented and well communicated, trained and implemented smoothly.
