FAQs
Talent Trends is a study of skilled professionals across different industries. It offers clear, data‑led insights into the job market, helping organisations understand changing hiring needs and plan their talent strategies with confidence.
By default, the tool shows worldwide data. You can explore the insights further by choosing up to two filters, one for country and one for either job function or job industry. You can’t select job function and job industry at the same time, even if you leave the country filter empty. Some sections of the report also include drop down filters that let you adjust the data in simple ways, so you can get a clearer view of what matters to you.
Almost 60,000 participants were surveyed across 178 markets in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, South America, and the Middle East over Q4 2025
Our worldwide insights, set as the default view on our interactive tool, reflect all responses from those 178 markets. However, for the market drilldowns, which you can view using the drop down filter at the top of the tool, we have focused on the 45 markets with the highest number of responses, plus regional and worldwide views, meaning you can view the data from the perspective of 51 different types of location.
