This position is responsible for developing strategies of employee and organizational development (EOD) to support business success in China. Drives and implements initiatives on talent development and organizational change management so as to develop 3rd level employee and organizational excellence. Serves as an advisor to executives and all levels of employees on EOD matters.
Collaborates closely with headquarter on corporate EOD initiatives and to identify the best employee development solutions.

Execute the training strategy and monitor progress to ensure added values to the individual participants;

Manage L&D team members in managing and delivering their programme portfolio;
Deliver advanced level train-the-trainer programmes to local and regional training managers;
Manage and implement a range of senior level events / conferences / programmes across China.
