JKS Just Great Logistics has been providing end -to -end logistics services connecting China to the international marketplace for over 20 years. We have been through different trade names over the years but our dedication of creating higher values for our customers and pursuing operation excellence never change. Today, our team is running and managing 16 warehouse facilities & offices in China, South East Asia, and the U.S. with over USD 1 billion worth of cargos & freight.

We have the global reach and capability in serving international customers in North America, Europe, intra-Asia, and China; especially for those with a business interest in China and USA. No other company has the extensive supply chain experiences, and solution expertise that we do. We are second to none, zero to one, and having hard assets & solid financial backed by our mother company Shanghai Zheng Ming Group. JKS has the capabilities to grow with our customers in Greater China & USA.

We pride ourselves on highly efficient, and total end-to-end services including “upstream logistics scope” at origins and “downstream logistics scope” at destination across the trade lanes between China with the U.S. and selected Europe regions. History

JKS core team and its management originate from a Hong Kong based Chinese joint venture company called CITIC Global Logistics: focused on China export logistics services since 1995. It was later merged into an USA based Jacobson Companies as its Asia Contract Logistics Services division. In 2013, we became JGL through a management buyout, putting our focus back in the China logistics growth. In 2015, we joined Shanghai Zheng Ming Logistics Group (ZM) and rebranded ourselves as JKS.

JKS today is an integrated China 3PL providing full range of logistics services backed by ZM’s heavy assets with its 46 cross nation warehouses coverage and its 600+ trucks-fleet. Joining ZM logistics enable JKS completing its strategic transformation from a China export consolidator to a “upbeat” China based international 3PL focuses on import & export freight consolidation services, regional & domestic warehouse distribution, cross-border & China domestic ecommerce logistics, and of course, China cold chain solutions.
