This leadership role involves direct interaction with regional leaders, senior stakeholders, and joint venture partners to implement HR strategies, including organisational development, talent management, and rewards. The main objective is to transform HR into a strategic partner that supports the achievement of business goals in Asia by collaborating with the global team and regional counterparts.
1,了解所支持业务部门的战略和团队运作,并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效规划和实施;2,针对业务团队情况,有效设计实施人员成长路径及人员培养方案。
了解部门的战略,对部门进行组织诊断,为部门的战略落地提供建议、规划并参与实施;为组织发展提供人力资源支持,定期进行组织盘点,在招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬、员工关系等方面为业务部门提供有效的解决方案并实施。
1.根据公司的实际情况和经营发展目标制定公司人力资源计划,并负责组织其实施;2.负责建立并完善薪酬体系和绩效体系,激发员工的积极性和创造性,为企业带来更大的收益。
1、负责公司整体人才梯队的搭建,人才的培养;2、负责公司组织文化的建设,企业文化建设;3、负责公司人才激励,考核,晋升的筛选机制建立并落地。
独立对接200人业务团队(To B业务),负责人力资源管理
HRBP for Pre-IPO company
汇报HRVP,直接下属3位,独立负责企业400人产品技术团队HRBP工作。
1.根据集团大的战略方向全面统筹规划人力资源战略,拟定人力资源规划方案,并监督各项计划的实施;2.建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式(包含招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设),制定和完善人力资源管理制度;
独立负责公司的人才发展及培训项目。

作为业务部门的人力资源顾问与合作伙伴,为组织发展提供人力资源支持,定期进行组织盘点,在招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬、员工关系等方面为业务部门提供有效的解决方案并实施。
