统筹规划负责公司美妆个护类品牌的产品规划,理念策划,故事包装,配合产品销售推广和产品宣传及品牌建设
负责进行日化美妆产品的产品开发,配合公司产品开发策划并完成市场调研项目,分析市场趋势及竞品,了解消费者需求,根据调研结果进行数据分析制定产品策略,对产品线进行整体规划;
1.负责产品线战略规划,对产品线战略规划方向提出建议和方案,带领团队实现年度产品规划及承接公司战略规划;2.根据第三方数据和行业(上下游)趋势,制定产品线方向及增长战略:收入增长,新产品机会、定价、市场覆盖等;
负责根据KA客户或平台孵化品牌的人群画像及商业模式,提供KA客户配饰板块的商品企划计划书(涵盖价格带/产品数/材料及风格建议等)- 负责对接KA客户或平台孵化平台合作的创意总监的开发需求,需同步和供应链研发部分沟通并按照时间节点跟进并落实打板打样,最终按时交付样品
