Develop digital strategy and lead new business model development
1.Formulate the company's commercialization strategy, including market positioning, product pricing, sales channels, sales objectives, sales plans, etc., to achieve the company's business objectives of high efficiency, high quality, sustainable growth and Profit maximization.2.
