1、审核公司合同，参加重大合同的谈判和起草工作；
2、参与公司的分立、合并、破产、解散、投融资、担保、租赁、产权转让、改制、重组、公司上市等经济活动，处理有关法律事务；
3、参与公司重要规章制度的制定和实施，根据公司需要组织修订公司章程；
4、实施公司法、合同法、知识产权法、劳动法等公司商务法律的培训；
5、处理公司生产经营相关法律事务，及公司商标、专利、商业秘密等知识产权保护工作；
6、提供与公司生产经营有关的法律咨询；
7、处理公司的诉讼、仲裁、行政复议和听证等活动；
8、根据公司业务需要，组织开展资信调查、尽职调查、侵权调查等；起草、审核合同、文件等各类法律文书；
9、代表公司处理各类常规诉讼或非诉法律事务，维护公司合法权益；
