The Human Resources Business Partner (BP) is responsible for leading the HR program of work to deliver quality HR services to company China in line with APAC strategies, polices and procedures. The position holder provides services and advice to the business as well as the implementation of all annual processes including BES, PDP, salary review and incentives. Additionally the BP develops and delivers a range of HR programs and initiatives.
